Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days you have the opportunity to report the product back. After the notification you have another 14 days to return the product. Just follow the steps below. Download here already the return form. 
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. 

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it. 

There are exceptions: 

- A customized product, according to customer's wishes 
- Self-assembly of Chips, cases or components.

Packaging

Pack products in original condition and packaging in a box.
Place the completed return form in the box. 
Affix the provided return label prominently on the box.

Keep the shipping receipt well

Refund

We will refund the amount within 14 days.

When do we pay back?
We will transfer your incurred costs (purchase cost and original shipping cost) to you within 14 days of withdrawal.

What do you get in return?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping and handling charges paid.

Where do I receive the refund?
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid. Is this not possible? Then we will contact you.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.
